SCUBA visits E7S

Sandra and Crockett made a visit to E7S on Sunday to show some of the older and newer work. We met them a couple years ago just outside of SF's Renegade Craft Faire and saw the amazing talent in their collaborative pieces. Bought some of their work and I've been following them ever since. Last week Sandra sent out a email saying they were selling some of their work and I jumped on it!

Carlos bought me a buncha of their pieces for my upcoming birthday. Yipee!

Carlos and I will let you know when they'll showcase in San Jose! These guys are definitely someone to watch.
Their next show is in Portland. For more info:

Thank you all for being so supportive. We couldn't do it without your vote/support and love of art. Let's continue to show what San Jose has to offer.

In case some of have been wondering when our next show will be, stay tuned. We're taking a hiatus to create new ideas. We will definitely let you know when our next show is.

Lost & Found at Axis Art Gallery

Carlos and I stopped at Axis Art Gallery on First Friday to check out the Luis Gutierrez show. Amazing work! The show runs Nov-Jan 2010 so make sure you take time to check it out!

"The LOST & FOUND works are a fascinating exercise in taking a lifetime collection of found objects, ephemera, old advertising imagery, antique toys, and even distressed bits of wood and ld artist's palettes and translating them into a statement about out society and consumerism" - Axis Art Gallery
